The project concerns the fabrication and the installation of the Aegean Airlines hangar steel structure in the El. Venizelos airport.

Our contract included the design, the construction, the painting procedure and the installation of the hangar's steel structure. The total weight of the steel structure ammounted to five hundred and fifty tons.

The time that was required for the completion of the project was one hundred and twenty days. A particular feature of this construction was the sixty five meter span of the roof (without intermediate column), which allows the presence of two Airbus aircrafts at the same time and the installation methodology of the fifteen meter pin joint columns.
