The project refers to the detailing, fabrication and erection of α steel building with unique architectural requirements at Meganisi.

A distinctive feature of the project was the two-storey, 15 m cantilever supporting a green roof.

The project also incorporates seismic isolation bearings, as well as 76 mm and 90 mm diameter Macalloy tension rods.
